The ring lock scaffold is mainly composed of vertical rod(vertical posts), horizontal rod(horizontal ledger)and bay braces.
Vertical rod:
The materials of tubs is Q235B,and the diameter of tubs is 48mm or 60mm.The thickness of tubs is 3.25mm.Also we can produce it as clients requirements.
The length of the tubs is generally between 0.2 M and 3 m.Also we can produce it as clients requirements. Then some discs are welding on the tubs.The spacing of the disc is 0.5m or 0.6m.
It can transfer the self weight of scaffold,construction load and wind load.
Horizontal rod(horizontal ledger):
The materials of tubs is Q235,and the diameter of tubs is 48mm or 60mm.The thickness of tubs is 2.75mm.Also we can produce it as clients requirements.
The length of the tubs is generally between 0.3M and 31.8m.Also we can produce it as clients requirements.
There are locks at both ends of Horizontal rod(horizontal ledger).The locks is is cast by mould and with bolt.
Diagonal rod:
The materials of tubs is Q195,and the diameter of tubs is 42mm.The thickness of tubs is 2.75mm.Also we can produce it as clients requirements.
Bottom support and upper support:
The materials of steel rod is Q235B,and the diameter of tubs is 48mm or 38mm..Also we can produce it as clients requirements.
