Roblox Sonic Speed Simulator features a total of five playable characters, including Sonic, Riders Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Sailor Tails. Climb the three-story ridge behind the portal and launch from the jump pad to a grind rail above. Be sure to face toward the nearby loop-de-loop and ride the rail to grab the character card.

Players can acquire Tails by reaching Level 25 and heading to the World 2 Lost Valley Obby. After getting past the challenging leap in Sonic Speed Simulator, enter the Lost Valley Zone. Follow the trail on the right until reaching a series of wooden platforms leading to a sandy loop-de-loop. Follow through the loop and leap across the gap to discover the Tails character card midway atop a tall wooden scaffold tower.

After unlocking Tails, go to the left side of Lost Valley to find the portal leading to World 3 Emerald Hill Obby. Complete the following platforming challenging to reach the Emerald Hill Zone. Next, players will need to make their way to the pink Chao & Trails Gacha Machine on the elevated platforms near the center of the map. From here, go through the swirling loop-de-loop and use the boosting conveyor to leap across to find the character card for Knuckles.

The fifth and final unlockable character in Roblox Sonic Speed Simulator is Sailor Tails. To acquire this Tails skin variation, players must participate in a recurring in-game event known as the Scavenger Hunt. During the event, Roblox fans must go to a designated Zone and collect 100 character fragments scattered across the area. These fragments look identical to the cards for other characters, except players must collect all one hundred of them to unlock Sailor Tails. This event happens frequently, so players should be sure to occasionally check their in-game chat window for a notification regarding "character fragments." Once players have completed the event, they will be rewarded with the rarest Sonic Speed Simulator character, Sailor Tails.
